摘要(Abstract)：

黄褐斑,是一种常见的获得性色素性疾病,在非洲、亚洲或西班牙裔的年轻至中年女性患者中最为流行,以不规则的色素沉着斑或斑块为特征。由于它的经常复发性,可能会对患者产生负面的心理社会影响。目前的治疗方法很多,其中氨甲环酸是一种新兴很有前途的治疗方法,它是一种临床上常见的抗纤溶剂。本文旨在阐述目前通过不同途径应用氨甲环酸来治疗黄褐斑的进展,以为临床治疗提供最新的决策思路。
